(Jordan Airline Training and Simulation)
JATS was originally founded as Royal Jordanian’s Training Center and is now the
leading independent airline and customer service training academy in the Middle
East. We are now part of Eastern Group Holdings and we are located in our state
of the art facilities at Queen Alia International Airport, Amman.
Our promise to deliver world class training is based on over thirty years of
experience in the airline and customer service training industry. During that
time we have managed to reach a level of skill that will always ensure that you
receive the best possible, cost effective training designed in line with your
short or long term needs.
Our facilities have grown to accommodate customers training requirements and now

We offer a service
second to none to our customers. We can arrange to meet your staff airside
at the airport and speed up the visa and entry procedure. Having assisted
with your baggage we can then drive your staff to the hotel that you have
chosen. Our team will be available to assist you whilst in Jordan, whether
it is at our JATS facilities or to give you advice about any of the unique
historical and monumental sites in Jordan that you may wish to visit.
Over the years we
have trained thousands of people working in the airline and related
businesses that have come from the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Our local
and visiting instructors are all professionals with an international
reputation who believe that learning to fly, whether in an aircraft or in
business, is a never-ending experience.
