Our team is experienced in training and managing Cabin Crew for airlines worldwide including some of the worlds leading legacy carriers and the new breed of highly successful airlines.

The department is split into two sections:

Safety and Emergency Procedures

• Safety training for Pilots and Cabin Crew

Cabin and Customer Service

• Cabin Service and Customer Service training for Cabin Crew

• Customer Service training for customer service staff, e.g. hospitality, retail

• Development skills

Presentations are state of the art and can be conducted in our new facility or at your home location and can be tailored to your specific drills and procedures.

Aviation First Aid
We conduct Aviation First Aid Training for Initial and Recurrent, including defibrillator training.

Crew Resource Management
Our instructors are JAR Ops CRMI’s and are approved to conduct CRM training, for pilots and flight attendants.
